Portugal orders: Delivery within Portugal is free for all orders over 200€. For all orders under 200€:

 

Portugal Post Standard (1–3 business days): 3,10€

International orders can take 2–8 business days depending on your location: Standard 8-10€:

 Free delivery for all international orders over 300€

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. Please be aware that your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on our site, are in Euro (EU) currency.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS

We want you to love your Ortu purchase and use it for years to come. If for any reason you’re not in love, we will provide a full refund or online store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for Portuguese customers, or 28 days for international customers.

All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and Ortu is not liable for loss or damage in return transit (so we recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number). 

Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received by Soleil Soleil. Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal account used for the original payment. 

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

We are so sorry if your Soleil Soleil purchase is not perfect.

Please contact: ortuthelable@gmai.com with your order number and images of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Please keep a copy of your return postage receipts as we will reimburse you for these if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
